Who is responsible
Novorow is an independent creative practice based in Trinidad and Tobago and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@novorow.com.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, service interest, rough timing, project brief and confirmation that you have read this policy. If you email Novorow directly, the information in your email and later correspondence is also received. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
How it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible project, keep appropriate business records, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Contact details are validated by the website before being sent to Novorow’s email delivery provider. FormSubmit currently processes submissions and sends them to Novorow by email. Vercel hosts the website and may process request data such as IP address, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Email and professional service providers may also process information when needed to support a response or project.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago. Novorow limits sharing to what is needed for the service and takes reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate safeguards. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible or active working relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether Novorow holds information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent or raise a concern about how your information is handled. Send the request from the email address connected to your inquiry so it can be verified.
Cookies and analytics
Novorow does not currently use advertising cookies or run its own visitor analytics on this site. The hosting and form providers may process technical data necessary to operate, secure and deliver their services under their own policies. This policy will be updated before optional tracking is added.
Children
This website is intended for business and project inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Novorow so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

This policy may change when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when a revision is published.
